Presentation and Video Specialist | Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional presentation design and formatting support to banking clients on premises.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks, reports and other business materials in accordance with corporate branding standards.
• Conceptualize creative ideas and transform data, information and business content into clear and engaging visual presentations.
• Create charts, diagrams, infographics and other visual elements to effectively communicate financial and business information.
• Provide video editing and post-production support for internal communications, corporate events and external events.
• Work closely with bankers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality materials within agreed timelines.
• Support other creative and multimedia projects when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and information design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a professional corporate environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AI prompting / generative AI tools and Blender would be an advantage.

Working Hours & Weekend Support

The successful candidate should be willing to provide overtime or weekend support when business requirements arise.

Weekend support will be compensated at 2× the applicable hourly rate, subject to company overtime policies.
