Presentation Specialist – Japan

Are you motivated to work in fast-paced environment? You will work in the Presentations Team within our Investment Banking division, creating high-quality presentation materials for clients using PowerPoint.

グローバルバンキング部門（投資銀行本部）のプレゼンテーションチームにて、資料作成・改善を担うパワーポイントデザイナーを募集しています。

Main responsibilities:

• Create PowerPoint presentations and pitchbooks for clients, following UBS’s official style guidelines
• Work closely with bankers in Japan and sometimes with teams overseas
• Learn new skills and contribute to successful pitch materials
  

職務内容

クライアント向けの商談や提案に使用される資料の作成・ブラッシュアップをご担当いただきます。複雑な情報を整理し、分かりやすく視覚的に伝わるスライドへと仕上げていただきます。

デザインの観点から情報の伝え方を改善するための提案にも関わっていただきます。

主な業務内容：

• プレゼンテーション資料およびピッチ資料の作成・ブラッシュアップ
• 情報を分かりやすく伝えるためのレイアウト、チャート、スライドの設計
• 既存資料の改善・磨き込み（可読性・一貫性・全体品質の向上）
• 社内関係者と連携し、目的や要件を理解した上で資料に反映
• デザインの観点から改善提案および実装
• 複数案件に対応しながら、短納期でも高品質なアウトプットを提供
